5611 - Pueblo Tractor Upgrade

Background
This Request for Documented Quotations (DQ1 2026-0368) is issued by the State of Colorado through the Department of Natural Resources, specifically the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife (CPW).

- Transmission: Minimum 16 speed
- Hours: Less than 2000 hours
- Fuel Tank: Greater than or equal to 50+ gallon capacity
- Hydraulics: Minimum 3 sets of remotes
- Cab: Enclosed cab required with A/C & Heater, ride control
- PTO: Minimum of 100hp
- Bucket: Front mounting bucket required.
Additionally, there is a trade-in requirement for one (1) used tractor (2014 Kubota Tractor – Model 9960) in good condition with less than 1000 hours.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the tractor is required on or before May 30, 2026, as soon as possible after the award is made.

The delivery address for the tractor is Colorado Parks and Wildlife, located at 600 Pueblo Reservoir Road, Pueblo, CO 81005.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of current insurance policies as required by this solicitation.
Specifically, automobile liability insurance covering any auto (including owned, hired and non-owned autos) with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 each accident combined single limit is required unless using a third-party delivery service.
Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) may receive a preference on their bid if they are registered and verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprise within the U.S. Small Business Administration.
