Description

The Cosumnes Community Services District ( District ) is seeking the services of a trophy company for our District's Youth Basketball, Lil' Ballers Basketball, Youth Flag Football, Youth Soccer, Youth T-Ball, and Youth Volleyball Leagues for medals and ribbons.
Background
The Cosumnes Community Services District (District) is an independent special district focused on essential quality of life services including parks and recreation, fire protection, and emergency medical services.
The District serves approximately 210,000 residents within a 157 square-mile jurisdiction that includes the City of Elk Grove and unincorporated areas of Sacramento County.
The District is seeking a trophy company to provide medals and ribbons for various youth sports leagues.

Work Details
The contractor will supply, schedule, coordinate, manage, and evaluate medals and ribbons for the following leagues: Youth Basketball, Lil’ Ballers Basketball, Youth Flag Football, Youth Soccer, Youth T-Ball, and Youth Volleyball.
The contract includes:
- Medals: Each medal should be three (3) inches in size with a three (3) mm thickness. Four (4) additional colors will need to be available for each sport.
- Ribbons: A neck ribbon measuring 1.5 inches thick and 32 inches long will be provided alongside the medals.
- Delivery logistics must be coordinated with Sports Staff to ensure timely delivery of medals and ribbons according to the specified schedules for each league.

Period of Performance
The contract is set for a one (1) year agreement starting from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Cosumnes Community Services District which includes the City of Elk Grove and unincorporated areas of Sacramento County.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with California Labor Code Section 1720 et seq., regarding prevailing wage laws if applicable.
The contractor must maintain insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($1 million per occurrence), Workers Compensation as required by California law, Professional Liability ($1 million per occurrence), and Pollution Liability Insurance ($1 million per occurrence).
