WV Wellness Center Project - IOR

Background
The West Valley-Mission Community College District is seeking proposals for the Inspector of Record (IOR) services for the Wellness Center Project at West Valley College. Work Details
The selected contractor will serve as the Inspector of Record for the Wellness Center Project. Bidder Requirements
Bidders must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, and any other insurance coverage specified in the contract documents. Additionally, bidders must register on the District’s PlanetBids vendor portal to access RFP documents.
