Background
The County of Alameda General Services Agency is issuing a contract for Project No. 22113, which involves the removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) and the installation of an above-ground storage tank (AST) at the Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse located at 661 Washington Street, Oakland, California.

The goal of this project is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and improve facility operations.

Work Details
The project consists of the following key tasks:
1. Removal of two existing 10,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs).
2. Installation of one 12,000-gallon above-ground storage tank (AST).
3. Construction of an AST enclosure.
