Water Storage Investment Program Environmental Analysis - RFPII 10207871

Background
The State of California, through the Department of Water Resources, is seeking proposals for technical support in economic and environmental analysis related to the Water Storage Investment Program (WSIP).
The goal is to assess the quantification and monetization of public benefits associated with water storage projects. This initiative aligns with the California Water Commission's mission to enhance water supply reliability and ecosystem health.

Work Details
The contractor will provide technical support that includes:
1. Review and analysis of applicants' physical public benefits and project costs.
2. Analytical support to update applicants' Maximum Conditional Eligibility Determinations (MCEDs) as needed.
Services will be performed on an as-needed basis at the request of the DWR Contract Manager, depending on WSIP funding hearings and supplementary funding timelines.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3) years with one (1) two-year option, starting from July 2025.

Place of Performance
Work will be performed remotely, with meetings conducted via Microsoft Teams or Zoom, and/or at 715 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Bidder Requirements
Proposing firms must comply with Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) Program requirements. Firms must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience in water resources planning, economic analysis, and coordination with California State agencies or local water agencies.
Proposals must include resumes for all staff working on the contract.
