WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Rancho Cordova The California Military Department is looking for approximately 14,728 nusf of office and 40,000 nusf of warehouse space in the City of Rancho Cordova plus parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details. Background
The California Military Department is seeking to lease commercial real estate properties in Rancho Cordova, California. The goal is to acquire approximately 14,728 net usable square feet (nusf) of office space and 40,000 nusf of warehouse space, along with adequate parking spaces.
