WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - West Sacramento The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is looking for approximately 5,096 nusf of warehouse space in the City of West Sacramento plus fifteen (15) parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
