Vista/Carlsbad Interceptor Sewer Reach VC-3 & Buena Vista Pump Station Preliminary Design

The City of Carlsbad is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide engineering and environmental services for the preliminary design of improvements to the Vista/Carlsbad Interceptor, Reach VC-3, and the Buena Vista Pump Station. These services are part of the City's Capital Improvement Program, specifically Project Nos. 3950 and 5535. The work under this contract includes conducting thorough site evaluations, meeting with City staff, participating in public meetings and events, preparing exhibits and preliminary engineering design drawings, developing an outline of specifications, and preparing cost estimates. These efforts will assist the City in advancing the project to the final design phase.
