The City of San Buenaventura is a full-service municipality located in California, providing various services including police, fire, public works, and community development. The City aims to enhance civic engagement and outreach through video production services as part of its mission to support various divisions and programs.

Work Details
The consultant will provide comprehensive video production services aimed at promoting civic engagement and outreach for the City. Key areas of focus include:

1. VenturaWaterPure:
- Two additional program videos
- As-needed outreach video support
- Virtual tour content for GIS map
- Community events & testimonials
- Digital social video campaign management
- Pre-production, production, and post-production services including video editing, motion graphics, music, and voiceovers.

2. Environmental Sustainability:
- Six 3-5 minute videos (one every two months) with professional lighting and voiceover.
- Twelve shorter form videos (15 seconds to one minute) monthly.
- Online community awareness media campaigns across platforms like YouTube and Facebook.

3. Community Development:
- One narrative PSA video (2-3 minutes) and five to six announcement PSA videos (45-60 seconds).
- Digital social video campaign management and consulting for general video content development.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue as specified in the proposal timeline, with deliverables scheduled throughout the contract duration.

Services will be performed within the City of San Buenaventura, California.
