Upper Feather Janitorial Services - IFB 10206250

Background
The Department of Water Resources (DWR), part of the California Natural Resources Agency, is seeking bids for janitorial services at the Upper Feather/Beckwourth Sub-Center Location.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, supporting the agency's mission to manage California's water resources effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide weekly janitorial services, which include:
- Initial deep cleaning of the facility.
- Ongoing monthly service fees for regular cleaning.
- Hourly rates for additional on-call routine cleaning in case of disasters or emergencies.
The contractor must maintain valid insurance coverage throughout the contract term and provide necessary certifications as required by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this agreement is three years, starting from July 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Department of Water Resources, Oroville Field Division – Beckwourth Sub-Center located at 81313 Highway 70, Beckwourth, California 96129.
