Uniform and Linen Rental Services

Background
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Uniform and Linen Rental Services.

The goal of this contract is to provide CAL FIRE with necessary uniforms and linens to support their operational needs. This includes the rental of various items essential for staff working in the field, ensuring they are equipped with appropriate clothing and materials.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary for the weekly rental of the following items:
- Cargo pants
- Polo shirts
- Coveralls (Cotton, Insulated, Blue)
- Dish towels
- Aprons
- Floor mats (3'x4')
- Shop towels (both cloth and continuous roll)

The estimated quantities include 11 coveralls, 300 cloth shop towels, 2 continuous roll shop towels, and 10 floor mats per week. Additionally, an annual replacement cost for these items will be calculated based on these quantities.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will be valid for a three-year term with an option to extend based on performance and mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various CAL FIRE locations throughout California as specified in individual task orders.
