Description

The City of Vacaville is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to replace its premises-based Mitel (formerly ShoreTel) phone system with a modern Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform. The new solution will serve approximately 800 users across 23 City sites. In addition to system replacement, the City seeks to evaluate technologies that improve productivity and enhance service quality. Communication Strategies, LLC, an independent consulting firm, will assist with system design, evaluation, implementation, and the management of this Request for Proposal.
