Travel Management Services

Background
California State East Bay (the University) is seeking to contract with a vendor(s) to provide travel management services that will fulfill the needs of the University on the California State University East Bay campus in Hayward, California.

The goal of this contract is to alleviate the burden on coaches and department staff who are currently spending excessive time managing travel arrangements for large groups of students participating in CCAA and NCAA events.

Work Details
The vendor(s) will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel management services, which include but are not limited to: booking accommodations with hotels, arranging transportation with airlines, and managing contracts related to travel.

The services should facilitate smooth travel logistics for large groups, ensuring efficient price comparisons and timely bookings for weekend trips and last-minute playoff runs.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence following the award date and will continue as specified in the final agreement, with specific timelines to be determined based on service requirements.

Place of Performance
The primary location for service delivery will be at the California State University East Bay campus in Hayward, California.
