Section I The County of Santa Clara (the County ) is requesting quotations from vendors to provide brand-new Traffic Pole Signals for the County's Roads and Airports Department as specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). The quantities indicated are estimates and based on County's estimated annual usage. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required products are to be provided on an as-needed basis or pre-determined schedule. This is an ALL or None bid. Bidder must bid on all line items to be considered for an award. Orders will be shipped FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid and Added. Bid Prices should NOT include sales tax and other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate these at the time of the award.
