Trade Package - Cargo Building 720.1 & GSE Building 742 Project - TP-03I - Precast Concrete Panels

Scope of Work Requested:

• Procurement and installation of precast concrete panels for two buildings:
• Building 720.1: Approximately 3,240 square feet of precast concrete panels
• Building 742: Approximately 1,765 square feet of precast concrete panels

Who is Requesting:

The solicitation is issued by Skanska USA Building.

Background:

This project involves the construction of a replacement 120,000 square foot, single-story cargo facility, which includes:

• Approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area
• 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space
• Landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for about 30 trucks

Additionally, the project includes an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet, located on site but not physically connected to the cargo facility. Demolition of the existing Building 730 is required to construct the new facilities.

Contract Requirements:

• This is Trade Package No. TP-03I, titled "Precast Concrete Panels"
• Prequalification and proposal submission are required for participation

Instructions on Submission:

Interested parties must complete the prequalification process and submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements for Trade Package TP-03I.
