Background
The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide towing and recovery services. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and reliable towing services for the Authority's operations. The budget allocated for this effort is $435,000 over a three-year term.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified towing and recovery services, which includes but is not limited to:
1) Towing of vehicles as requested by the Authority;
2) Recovery of vehicles involved in accidents or breakdowns;
3) Providing on-site assistance for disabled vehicles;
4) Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding towing operations;
5) Maintaining proper records of all towing activities and responding promptly to service requests from the Authority.
Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year term, commencing upon award.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Orange County Transportation Authority, primarily in Orange County, California.

Offerors must certify that they are not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the United States Government.
