Toner & Ink Cartridges, New OEM

Background
The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to cover the requirements of the State of California for Toner/Ink Cartridges, New Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contract resulting from this solicitation will be mandatory for all State of California Departments and available for use by participating local agencies. The term of any contract resulting from this solicitation will be for three (3) years with two (2) extension options for one (1) year or portion thereof.

Work Details
The offered cartridges shall be OEM Toner/Ink Cartridges. All products offered must be genuine OEM parts and meet the form, fit and function of each reference brand and model identified on Attachment 1 – Pricing Worksheet.
An OEM Cartridge is one made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Period of Performance
The contract resulting from this solicitation will have a term of three (3) years with two (2) extension options for one (1) year or portion thereof.

Place of Performance
The contract will cover the requirements of the State of California and will be mandatory for all State of California Departments and available for use by participating local agencies.
