Task Order Construction Agreements (TO-CA) Multiple Projects - License C-10 - RE-BID

Background
The State of California, through the Board of Trustees of the California State University, is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified General Contractors to provide Design Build and Construction Manager services for multiple projects at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

The goal of this contract is to establish a Task Order-Construction Agreement for multiple projects under a Master Enabling Agreement (MEA).

Work Details
The contract will involve two types of agreements: a single task order for design and preconstruction phase services for a group of anticipated projects, and individual project construction agreements for the construction phase.

The selected Respondent will collaborate with the Trustees during the design and preconstruction phase to address design, constructability, cost, and schedule. They will develop a Lump Sum proposal for construction. If the Lump Sum is accepted by the Trustees, a Construction Agreement will be issued for the construction phase. If an agreement on the Lump Sum cannot be reached, the construction phase will not be awarded.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on 3/17/2025 and close on 4/24/2025.

Place of Performance
California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Bidder Requirements
General Contractors must hold a License C-10 and are required to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ).
