T4 Concessions Agreement RFP (Personal Services)

Background
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop, manage, and operate the Terminal 4 Concessions at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
The goal of this contract is to enhance the passenger experience through quality concessions while adhering to the City of Los Angeles' policies on non-discrimination and affirmative action.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following:
1. Developing a comprehensive plan for the operation of concessions at Terminal 4.
2. Managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, retail shops, and other concession services.
3. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and LAWA policies regarding health, safety, and customer service.
4. Implementing an affirmative action program to promote equal employment opportunities in hiring practices.
5. Providing regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of five years from the date of award, with options for renewal based on performance evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Terminal 4 of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), located in Los Angeles, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the City of Los Angeles' Non-Discrimination and Affirmative Action Program provisions as outlined in the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
This includes designating an Equal Employment Opportunity Officer and submitting a Vendor Identification Form as part of their proposal.
