Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the Sunburst Youth Academy located at 4022 Saratoga Ave Bldg 21, Los Alamitos, California on or around January 2025 through December 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications. Prospective bidders MUST HAVE attended the mandatory job walk on October 21, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. at 11206 Lexington Drive. Bldg. 244, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. The bid opening will be held on November 26, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.
Background
The State of California, Office of the Adjutant General, State Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Janitorial Services at the Sunburst Youth Academy located in Los Alamitos, California.
The purpose of this contract is to ensure a clean and safe environment for the academy, which serves youth in a military-style program.
The contract aims to provide comprehensive janitorial services from January 2025 through December 2027.

Work Details
