Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to haul and legally dispose of stockpiled debris from various locations along State highway sites. Contractor shall haul debris including but not limited to asphalt, asphalt grindings, soil and rock, sand, sweepings, broken concrete, and other accumulated residue resulting from services performed under this Agreement in Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Lassen, Plumas, Tehama, Lake, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Amador, Alpine, and Alameda Counties.
Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) #03A3880 for Stockpiled Debris Hauling Services across multiple counties including Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Lassen, Plumas, Tehama, Lake, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Amador, Alpine, and Alameda.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary services for the hauling and legal disposal of stockpiled debris from various locations along State highway sites.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, licenses, permits, travel expenses, disposal fees and incidentals necessary to haul and legally dispose of stockpiled debris. The types of debris include but are not limited to asphalt, asphalt grindings, soil and rock, sand, sweepings, broken concrete and other accumulated residue resulting from services performed under this Agreement.

The estimated quantity for the work is 8,000 hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and is expected to be completed by the termination date specified in the Agreement. The timeline for bid submission is as follows:
- IFB available on March 7th 2025
- Written Question Submittal by March 14th 2025
- Final Date and Time for Bid Submission on March 25th 2025
- Bid Opening on March 25th 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in various locations along State highway sites within the counties of Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, Lassen, Plumas, Tehama, Lake, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, San Joaquin, Amador, Alpine and Alameda.
