State Water Project Environmental Services

Background
The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Maintenance Environmental Assessment Branch, is seeking qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) for environmental services.
The goal is to ensure compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and other relevant federal, state, and local laws for various State Water Project (SWP) projects throughout California.
This contract aims to assist O&M in environmental planning, permitting, and compliance activities at various SWP facilities.

Work Details
The services to be provided include:
- Environmental services on an as-needed basis to support O&M's activities.
- Compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental regulations.
- Support for maintenance and construction activities requiring environmental planning and permits.
- Specific deliverables are outlined in Exhibit A, which includes tasks related to environmental assessments, compliance documentation preparation, cultural resource assessments, habitat evaluations, water quality studies, and environmental monitoring.

Period of Performance
The estimated term length for this agreement is from July 1, 2025 through June 1, 2030 (five years).

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various types of facilities and locations throughout the State of California.
