Splunk Cloud Subscriptions - Bwp

Work Requested:
The City of Burbank Water and Power (BWP) Department is seeking bids for Splunk Cloud Subscription Renewals. The work includes providing subscription renewals for Splunk Cloud in accordance with the Scope of Work, Bidder's Quotation Sheets, and General Conditions as outlined in Request for Quotation No. 2026-010.

Requesting Entity:
This solicitation is issued by the City of Burbank for its Water and Power Department (BWP).

Background:
The City of Burbank is conducting this procurement to ensure continued access to Splunk Cloud services for the BWP Department. All terms and requirements are detailed in the official solicitation documents.

Contract Requirements:

• Bids must be submitted using the Bidder's Quotation Sheets (pages 2 through 5). All pages must be completed and signed; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• Digital signatures and cursive fonts are not accepted and will disqualify your bid.
• Separate vendor quotes with terms and conditions submitted alongside the Bidder's Quotation Sheets will not be accepted and will disqualify your bid.
• Unit pricing must be entered in the Line Items tab.
• No additions, changes, or exceptions to the City of Burbank General Conditions are permitted; doing so will deem the bidder non-responsive and disqualify the bid.

Instructions on Submission:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids by 2:00 PM, July 1, 2026.
• Three (3) working days prior to making an award, the City will issue an Intent to Award letter via PlanetBids.
• Technical questions must be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 PM, June 16, 2026.
