Background
Zone 7 Water Agency is seeking quotations for Specialty Plastic Fittings and Related Products under RFQ No. SQ-2025-135. The agency aims to award a 1-Year Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
The BPO is intended to support the agency's operations in providing water services.

Period of Performance
The term of the Blanket Purchase Order will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at locations designated by Zone 7 Water Agency within its operational area.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Small or Emerging Local Business (SLEB) by the County to qualify for a bid preference of up to 5%. If not certified as SLEB but wish to participate in the bidding process, bidders must subcontract with one or more County certified small and/or emerging local businesses for at least 20% of their total bid amount.
