BIDDERS MUST BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF POMONA'S PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS LIST ON PLANETBIDS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS BID. IF BIDDERS FAIL TO REGISTER WITH PLANETBIDS PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A RESPONSE, THE CITY SHALL IMMEDIATELY REJECT ANY RESPONSE YOU SUBMIT IN REFERENCE TO THIS SOLICITATION.

* Contractor shall abide by all City of Pomona Ordinances, Park rules, business licensing, and Public Health food service requirements, including any specific Los Angeles County Health Department requirements for vending machine services.
* Any modifications or improvements to vending machine service shall be negotiated with the CITY and will require advance written approval.
