Slip In Sander

Background
San Bernardino County Public Works is seeking qualified vendors to provide three (3) Slip in Sanders. The goal of this contract is to furnish these sanders in quantities ordered at times needed by the successful vendor(s).

The Department of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance and operation of public infrastructure, and this procurement supports their mission to ensure effective public works services.

Work Details
The contractor will provide three (3) Slip in Sanders as specified in Attachment D. The delivery terms are FOB County’s place of delivery within one hundred and twenty (120) days after receipt of the County’s Purchase Order.

The County requires compliance with invoicing requirements as stipulated. The vendor must ensure that all items meet or exceed the standards established by the California Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within 120 days after receipt of the Purchase Order, with specific timelines for delivery outlined in the contract.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to San Bernardino County's designated location, specifically at 825 E. Third St., San Bernardino, CA 92415.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify that they are registered in the United States General Services Administration’s System for Award Management and comply with California Secretary of State registration requirements if applicable.

Additionally, bidders must complete a Local Vendor Preference Self Certification if applicable, and disclose any previous contracts with the County related to this project.
