Background
The City of Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPUD) is seeking a qualified contractor to update its Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP) for the 2025-2031 period. This initiative aims to align with the State Water Resources Control Board’s Order WQ 2022-0103-DWQ, enhancing LBPUD's capacity to prevent, detect, and address sewer system spills.

Work Details
The consultant will utilize the existing 2019-2024 SSMP as a foundation to develop the updated plan. Key tasks include:

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

The consultant must demonstrate experience in developing similar plans and provide at least three references from relevant projects completed within the last five years.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and will continue until the satisfactory completion of services outlined in Exhibit A.
