4. Install approximately 577 feet of new HSS fencing at specified locations with materials equivalent to Ameristar brand, including galvanized steel with a black powder-coated finish.
5. Install one double drive-through HSS gate measuring 8 feet by 16 feet at the entry location.
6. Install approximately 1,985 feet of expanded metal mesh on existing and new HSS fencing with specified material standards.
7. Install two lockable safety bollard posts at the entry gate.
8. Secure facility location perimeters during project execution.
Period of Performance
The contract is estimated to commence on March 1, 2026, and will expire on February 28, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid C-13 Fencing Contractor license issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) at the time of bid submission and for the duration of the contract. Bidders must also have a current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Additionally, bidders are encouraged to participate in programs for small businesses and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE), although DVBE participation is not mandatory.
