Background
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) was established in 1938 and is one of the nation’s largest public housing authorities, providing affordable housing to residents of Los Angeles. HACLA's annual budget exceeds $1 billion.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure Section 8 Program Management, which will be paid using federal funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The Services shall operate under one-year contracts with four one-year options, for a total contracting period of up to five years.
Work Details
The RFP seeks proposals from qualified entities to conduct remote work on behalf of HACLA, including intake, leasing, and program services relating to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project Based Vouchers (PBV) Programs.

Proposals must be received at 2600 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90057 no later than 11:00 a.m. PST on August 9, 2024.
