SCADA System Improvements Phase 1

The work requested under this contract involves upgrading the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) panels at 13 pump station locations throughout the Airport. The objective is to enhance the reliability of each pump station and improve their remote monitoring and control capabilities. This solicitation is being issued for the SCADA System Improvements Phase 1 Project, Contract Number 11808.61. The background for this contract is to address the need for improved reliability and operational efficiency at the Airport's pump stations by upgrading the existing SCADA systems. Contract requirements include a total contract duration of 550 consecutive calendar days from the effective date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must possess a valid California Class A or C-10 license at the time of bid submission.
