Background
The California State University (CSU) is seeking custodial support services for Coyote Village resident rooms and common areas following the Spring move-out and between each orientation session. The goal of this contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities during the summer period, specifically targeting a total of seven complete turnovers in Coyote Village. Cleaning services will also be required for University and Arrowhead Villages throughout the summer.

Work Details
The contractor will provide custodial services that include cleaning resident rooms and common areas in Coyote Village after the Spring move-out and between each orientation session. This entails a total of seven complete turnovers. Specific tasks may include dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and ensuring all common areas are clean and presentable.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the summer of 2025, specifically following the Spring move-out period until the end of summer orientation sessions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at California State University's Coyote Village, University Village, and Arrowhead Villages.
