Background

- Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) - 2,330 tons
- Data Core (1 LS)
- Tack Coat (3 tons)
- Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement - 14,300 SQYD
- Pavement Marker - Retroreflective (400 EA)
- Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe - Enhanced Wet Night Visibility in various widths and lengths.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed within 20 working days from the start date specified in the contract.

The work will be performed on State Route 190 eastbound in Tulare County, California, specifically between post miles 14.6 and 15.5 near Porterville.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as a Small Business under Section 2-1.05 at the time of bid submission and contract award. The prime contractor must hold a Class A license. There is no established DVBE contract goal, but bidders are encouraged to obtain DVBE participation.
