SAP System Migration to S/4HANA with RISE

Background
The Auditor/Controller/Tax-Collector is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the migration of their SAP system to S/4HANA with RISE.
This initiative aims to enhance the agency's operational efficiency and modernize its financial systems in alignment with current technological advancements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete migration of the existing SAP system to S/4HANA utilizing the RISE framework.
This includes assessing current system configurations, data migration, implementation of new functionalities, user training, and ongoing support post-migration.
Specific tasks may involve: conducting a thorough analysis of existing SAP modules, developing a detailed migration plan, executing data transfer processes, configuring S/4HANA settings according to agency requirements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence following the award date in November 2024 and will continue through the completion of the migration project.
This is anticipated to take several months depending on the complexity of the existing systems and data.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed at the Auditor/Controller/Tax-Collector's office location.
However, remote work may also be utilized as necessary during various phases of the project.
