San Bruno City Park Tennis Court Repairs

Background
The City of San Bruno's Community Services Department is seeking a contractor to undertake repairs on the tennis courts located at 251 City Park Way, San Bruno, CA.
The goal of this contract is to upgrade the existing tennis court infrastructure to enhance usability and safety for community members.

Work Details
The project involves a comprehensive upgrade of the tennis courts, which includes:
- repairing exposed asphalt areas,
- leveling surfaces,
- filling and sanding cracks,
- applying multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer and color,
- painting net posts,
- reusing or replacing nets provided by the City,
- striping four tennis courts and four pickleball courts.

The work also encompasses site assessment and survey, design and planning, demolition and removal of debris, safety compliance and quality assurance, as well as documentation and handover.

Period of Performance
All work under this contract must be completed within 75 working days from the Notice to Proceed effective date.

The contract will be performed at San Bruno City Park located at 251 City Park Way, San Bruno, CA 94066.
