Routine and On-Demand Maintenance Services for Hydrodynamic Separator (HDS) Trash Capture Devices

The City of Richmond is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform both routine and on-demand maintenance services for Hydrodynamic Separator (HDS) trash capture devices located within the City's stormwater system.

Specifically, the work of the contract includes:

• Providing scheduled (routine) maintenance for HDS trash capture devices
• Responding to and completing on-demand maintenance requests as needed

The City of Richmond is the entity requesting these services.

This contract is being offered as part of the City's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the performance of its stormwater system by ensuring that HDS trash capture devices are functioning effectively.

The anticipated contract term is one (1) year, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions.

Contractors must:

• Read and understand all information contained within the entire bid package
• Comply with all requirements set forth in the RFP
• Submit all required information as outlined in the RFP; failure to do so may result in disqualification
