Roseville Electric Generation Division Scaffolding Services

Work Requested:
The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive Scaffolding Services. These services are required to support operations and maintenance activities at City-owned or operated electric generation systems. The primary work locations include:

• Roseville Energy Park (REP): 5120 Phillip Road, Roseville, CA 95747 a gas-fired 165 MW combined-cycle power generation facility, featuring two GE TM2500 simple cycle turbines and a zero liquid discharge system.
• Roseville Power Plant #2 (RPP2): 2155 Nichols Drive, Rocklin, CA 95677 a gas-fired 50 MW simple cycle peaking power plant with two GE Frame 5 turbines and additional process support equipment.

Scaffolding services will facilitate work on equipment such as gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators, cooling towers, crystallizers, sumps, tanks, and other related equipment.

The solicitation is issued by the City of Roseville (the "City").

Background:
The City owns and/or operates multiple power plant sites to generate electricity. The REP and RPP2 facilities require ongoing operations and maintenance, necessitating specialized scaffolding services to ensure safe and efficient access to various plant components.

Contract Requirements:
This opportunity is a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, or entities ("Consultant(s)") that meet the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP #07-127) are encouraged to participate.
