1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, travel, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to remove existing roofing, existing duct work jackets, existing helicopter pad coating, and furnish and install a new, complete, securely fastened, weathertight Thermoplastic Polyolefin Membrane Roof System (Attachment 3) at the Caltrans Headquarter Office Building. Background
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking roof repair services for the Caltrans Headquarter Office Building in Sacramento County. The contract is authorized pursuant to Government Code Section 14838.7 and requires a certified Small Business (SB), including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works (SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE). The contract also requires Prevailing Wages if the total bid amount exceeds $15,000.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, travel, traffic control, and incidentals necessary to remove existing roofing, existing duct work jackets, existing helicopter pad coating, and furnish and install a new, complete, securely fastened, weathertight Thermoplastic Polyolefin Membrane Roof System at the Caltrans Headquarter Office Building.
The contract also includes provisions for subcontractors and insurance requirements.
