Roof Repair Services for State Property - Mandatory Walk Through Required

Background
The State of California, through the Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD), is seeking to procure roof repair services for state property.

The FMD is responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating state buildings and grounds statewide. The goal of this contract is to ensure the integrity and functionality of roofing systems on state properties, specifically at the Department of Justice building located in Sacramento, CA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for roof repair services. This includes:
1) Repairing and replacing damaged waterproofing materials;
2) Addressing leaks at roof edges and seams;
3) Performing repairs on rooftop equipment areas including air handlers and vents;
4) Responding to emergency repair requests within two hours;
5) Providing both foreseeable and unforeseeable repair services as detailed in the Cost Sheet;
6) Ensuring compliance with California Code of Regulations for roofing standards.

The contractor must possess a valid Class C-39 Roofing license and ensure that all technicians are certified by Carlisle.

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of the contract is three years from the date of execution and approval.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Building #075, Department of Justice, located at 4949 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95820.
