Roll-Up Door & Door Operator Replacement - Stockton CSMS

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roll-Up Door & Door Operator Replacement located at Stockton CSMS, 8020 S. Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision to complete the replacement of the Roll-Up Door and Door Operators at the Stockton CSMS. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36444 - DO NOT OPEN. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and ensure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk. Bidders can schedule a worksite visit by contacting SSG Brandy Llamas at Brandy.llamas@cmd.ca.gov, or CPT Garrett Sawtelle at Garrett.sawtelle@cmd.ca.gov. In fairness to all bidders in the competitive process, contractors shall not have the opportunity to adjust their price after proposal submission. Contractors must account for cost fluctuation and material logistics in the market when bidding. The prime contractor MUST possess a type D-28 - Doors, Gates and Activating Devices license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Robert Hawkins, at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 9/2/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 36444.
