Background
The Superior Court of California, County of Kern is seeking to purchase certain IT and IT goods and services. The RFQ issue date is February 22, 2024, and the quote due date and time is no later than 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 7th, 2024.

Work Details
The Court is seeking quotes for VMware Vshpere Foundation product as listed only, with pricing for 1-year and 3-year as requested. The award will be made to the overall best value to the Court for 1-year or 3-year, not both.
Vendors must review the description of each required item, provide a quote/unit, calculate the extended cost, and review the Rules Governing Non-IT and IT Goods and Services RFQs available at a provided link.
Vendors must also submit a copy of their California Sellers’s Permit with their quote and complete a Payee Data Record.

Period of Performance
Goods must be delivered to the Court within 30 days from receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Goods must be delivered to the Court's location at 1430 Truxtun Ave., 5th floor, Bakersfield, CA 93301.
