RFQ, P2482003- California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Consulting Services Coastal

Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to perform California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) consulting services. The services will be performed in the Coastal Service Area.

Work Details
The Contractor agrees to provide environmental consulting services to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in the agreement. Consulting services are to support CDFW’s compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) when CDFW is required to act as a Lead or Responsible Agency for CEQA projects that are generally located in CDFW’s 'Coastal Service Area.' The services will be performed in the Coastal Service Area, which includes CDFW Region 1 Coastal, CDFW Region 2 Coastal, CDFW Region 3, CDFW Region 4 Coastal, CDFW Region 5, and CDFW Region 7. Projects may occur anywhere within the respective Service Area. The services will be provided during standard business hours, except on holidays.

Period of Performance
The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in the Coastal Service Area which includes various counties such as Alameda, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Los Angeles, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, Orange, San Benito, San Diego, San Francisco, San Mateo, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Clara,
Santa Cruz,
Solano,
Sonoma,
Trinity and Ventura.
