Background
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking quotations for lumber to be used in fish passages. This solicitation aims to procure high-quality lumber that meets specific standards for environmental projects.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of the following items:

1. 208 EA of 2x4x16 #2 or Better Doug Fir (UNSPSC Code: 30103603)
2. 128 EA of 2x6x16 #2 or Better Doug Fir (UNSPSC Code: 30103603)
3. 96 EA of 2x8x16 #2 or Better Doug Fir (UNSPSC Code: 30103603)
4. 1 LOT for Lumber Tax
5. 1 LOT for Delivery Fee.

All products must be new and comply with the specifications outlined in the attached documents.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the products is expected to be completed within 60 days after receipt of order (ARO). Quotes must remain valid for a minimum of 60 days after issuance.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife located at 1760 Bidwell St, Red Bluff, CA 96080.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a California seller’s permit and may need to complete various forms including the Darfur Contracting Act Certification Form, Payee Data Record Form, and Bidder Declaration Form. Bidders claiming a small business preference must be certified by California as a small business or commit to subcontract at least 25% of the net bid price with certified small businesses.
