Los Angeles Pierce College is seeking qualified contractors to develop its existing baseball field and practice field area into a comprehensive new athletics facility. The scope of work includes:
Construction of a new NCAA regulation size artificial turf Baseball Field
Construction of a new NCAA regulation size artificial turf Softball Field
Installation of press boxes, bleachers, field lighting, and scoreboards
Construction of a new approximately 3,500 GSF Field House/Concession Building to provide support for athletes, staff, and spectators during game day and night events, as well as related site developments
This project is being requested by Los Angeles Pierce College.
The purpose of this contract is to provide LA Pierce College with safe, competitive, and modern facilities that support the campus' ongoing commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
Contract requirements include the development of NCAA competition fields for both Baseball and Softball, as well as the associated infrastructure and amenities outlined above.
