- Support for syncing via cellular or Wi-Fi.
The software must also include features such as multiple inspection checklists, a permits module, inspection management capabilities, a contractor's database, geo-coded inspections, a self-certification portal for business owners to clear violations, and reporting functionalities including an analytic dashboard.
Specific products to be provided include:
1. Streamline or Equivalent Cloud Fee
2. Streamline or Equivalent Admin Portal Licenses
3. Streamline or Equivalent Inspections iPad Licenses
4. 12 copies of the 2022 Cal Fire Code
5. Various ICC Codes.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and continue until completion and acceptance of the contractor's performance by the County.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the County of San Diego.
Bidder Requirements
Offerors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including licensing requirements.
They are encouraged to submit forms such as Offeror’s Cover Page (PC600), Representations and Certifications (PC601), Small-Local Business Self-Certification Form (PC610), and Nondisclosure Indemnification Agreement (PC620).
