Background
The County of San Diego, through its Department of Human Resources, is seeking to procure Employee Engagement Survey Services. Work Details

2. Analyzing survey results and providing detailed reports that include key findings broken down by demographics and department.
3. Developing presentations on survey results for the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Executive Leadership Team.
4. Leading discussions on lessons learned and process improvements based on survey outcomes.
5. Ensuring confidentiality of responses and providing options for employees without online access to participate in the survey.
Period of Performance
The initial contract term will run from April 10, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with options to extend for eight additional one-year periods until December 31, 2034.
