Background
The County of San Diego, through its Department of Environmental Health and Quality, is seeking quotes from firms to provide as-needed rat traps and bait stations.

1. Trapper T-Rex Rat Snap Trap (Bell Labs or equivalent), ordered in case quantities of 300.
2. Protecta EVO Ambush Boxes (rat bait stations or equivalent), with dimensions of 9 ½ inches wide x 8 ¾ inches long x 4 ½ inches high, ordered in case quantities of 400.
3. Keys for Protecta Ambush Bait Stations (or equivalent), ordered in pack quantities of 400.
Technical requirements for the traps include: pedal set, interlocking teeth, a bottom removable bait cup, compatibility with the bait station, dual entry holes, tamper resistance, weather resistance, anchor holes, and a removable service tray.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and will run for an initial period of one year with four optional one-year extensions.
Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to 5570 Overland Avenue, Suite 102, San Diego, CA 92123.
