Rfq - As-Needed Executive And Leadership Coaching Services

Background
The County of San Diego is seeking quotes from qualified firms to provide as-needed executive and leadership coaching services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the leadership capabilities within the County, aligning with its mission to improve public service delivery.

The anticipated contract will have a term of one year, with four additional one-year options, and a total amount not to exceed $100,000 annually.

Work Details
The contractor will provide executive and leadership coaching services as specified in the Statement of Work (Exhibit A). This includes:
- Providing coaching tailored to individual leaders within the County.
- Utilizing methodologies such as the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, DISC assessment, Gallup’s Clifton Strengths, and strategies for crucial conversations in high-stakes situations.
- Adapting coaching approaches to meet changing workforce dynamics.
- Participating in evaluation studies to assess the effectiveness of coaching services provided.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year with four optional one-year extensions, starting from the date of award.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within San Diego County or as directed by the County's representatives.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar coaching services, particularly with government agencies or public entities. They are required to submit references from past clients, including contact information for verification. Additionally, bidders must comply with any Disabled Veteran Business (DVB) requirements if applicable.
