Background
The City of Santa Rosa is seeking to purchase an 11 Foot Crane Body with tool drawers to be installed on an existing 2023 Ford F-550 cab and chassis. This procurement aligns with the City’s mission to maintain and enhance its fleet capabilities for municipal services.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply and installation of an 11-foot crane body, which must meet specific requirements including:

- Construction of corrosion-resistant A40 galvaneal material.
- A load compartment measuring a minimum of 49"W x 130"L with a floor thickness of at least 12 gauge safety tread steel plate.
- Front vertical compartments with various configurations and adjustable trays, including a minimum of four 3" deep full slide-out trays.
- A center horizontal compartment with an adjustable shelf.
- Rear vertical compartments with adjustable shelves.
- An electric over hydraulic crane, specifically AutoCrane EHC-32 or Venturo 3215E or equivalent, mounted above the rear vertical cabinet.
- All necessary locks, latches, lights, and mounting hardware must be included.

The vendor is responsible for picking up the chassis, building and installing the body, and delivering the completed vehicle back to the City.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe after receipt of the purchase order. Delivery is required on or before the date indicated in the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance
The installation will take place at the vendor's facility, followed by delivery to the City of Santa Rosa at MSCN Fleet Service Garage located at 55 Stony Point Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95401.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of local business status if claiming local preference, including a copy of their current City Business Tax Certificate. Additionally, bidders are required to maintain all necessary licenses and permits for compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
