RFQ 24-232854 - Access System Control

Background
The State of California, through the Department of General Services (DGS) Facilities Management Division (FMD), is seeking to procure services for the maintenance and support of Access Control Systems at three state buildings.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that the CCURE 9000 Access Control System and its components operate at optimum performance levels, thereby enhancing security across state facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for:
1. Preventative maintenance, repair, software support, software patches, upgrades, software license renewals, and replacement parts for the CCURE 9000 Access Control System.
2. Specific services include:
- Evaluating system performance and ensuring software updates are current.
- Performing tests and inspections on system components including card readers, interface panels, and other related hardware.
- Providing technical support upon request from FMD representatives.
- Conducting emergency repair services with a response time of two hours when notified.
- Maintaining detailed records/logs of technical support services provided.
- Submitting written reports within 15 days after service completion detailing findings and recommendations for repairs or replacements needed.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance for this agreement is 36 months from the date of contract execution.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the following locations:
- CADA Building (009) at 1304 O Street,
- DOR Building (010) at 721 Capitol Mall,
- SPB Building (021) at 801 Capitol Mall.
