Additionally, Offerors must comply with all licensing requirements and submit required forms including Offeror’s Cover Page (PC600), Representations and Certifications (PC601), Small-Local Business Self-Certification Form (PC610), and Nondisclosure Indemnification Agreement (PC620) if applicable.
